The One Person Library: WHAT WOULD YOU DO? The OPL in a major research hospital has a problem. A new, nationally known researcher has joined the staff and he does not understand why the library will not make photocopies for him (because of a shortage of support staff). He wants special service; she doesn't want to antagonize him, but can't make an exception for one researcher. What Would You Do?
